About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Criminal and Executive Service"

Article 1. Of July 8, 2005 "About criminal and executive service" (further – the Law) the words "and retrainings" to exclude No. ZR-160 from part 1 of article 19 of the Law.
Article 2. To state part 1 of article 20 of the Law in the following edition:
"1. The criminal and executive employees occupying the main, leading, average and younger positions of Criminal and executive service are subject to retraining by results of assessment of the sense of duty provided by part 1 of article 19 of this Law based on the need for individual retraining of the criminal and executive employee, and also in need of development of professional knowledge and competences criminal and executive the employee on effective solution of priority tasks of criminal and executive service, but at least once in three years. Criminal and executive the employee establishes procedure for retraining the minister coordinating the sphere.".
Article 3. Final part and transitional provision
1. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
2. The order of the minister coordinating the sphere, the establishing procedure for retraining, the stipulated in Article 2 presents of the Law is accepted within 5 days after official publication of this Law.
