About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Customs Regulation"

Article 1. No. ZR-241 "About customs regulation" (further – the Law) after the last paragraph to add part 1 of article 5 of the Law of December 17, 2014 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"implementation of other function of border control or boundary supervision – implementation by customs authorities of the control or supervising functions assigned by the law to other state bodies and in the cases provided by the law assigned to customs authorities.".
Article 2. To add part 1 of article 9 of the Law with Items 30 and 31 of the following content:
"30) as implementation of other function of border control or boundary supervision at check points through frontier is performed by functions on sanitary and hygienic, anti-epidemic, veterinary, phytosanitary control;
31) in the case provided by the law performs other functions of border control or boundary supervision, not stipulated in Item the 30th this part.".
Article 3. Add the law with Article 12.1 of the following content:
"Article 12.1. Implementation of other function of border control and boundary supervision
1. Customs authorities when implementing other function of border control and boundary supervision are guided by the legislation regulating the sphere of this function.
2. The customs authority performs other function of border control and boundary supervision if it is directly provided by the law regulating the sphere of this function.
3. Customs authorities perform the function provided by this Article on behalf of customs authority.
4. The single questions concerning implementation of the function provided by this Article can be regulated by the order of the Government.".
