About introduction of amendments to orders of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 28, 2016 No. 898/5 and of November 25, 2016 No. 3359/5

1. The subitem 1 of Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of March 28, 2016 No. 898/5 "About settlement of the relations connected with state registration of the corporeal rights to the real estate located in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 29, 2016 for No. 468/28598, to state in the following edition:
"1) in the conditions of warlike situation and within one month from the date of its termination or cancellation state registration of the property right and other corporeal rights to real estate which location is the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Luhansk, Nikolaev, Kharkiv, Kherson regions, the city of Sevastopol is carried out irrespective of the location of such property;".
2. "About settlement of the relations connected with state registration of the legal entities and public forming which do not have the status of the legal entity, within several administrative and territorial units", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 25, 2016 for No. 1528/29658, to state the subitem 1 of Item 1 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 25, 2016 to No. 3359/5 in the following edition:
"1) in the conditions of warlike situation and within one month from the date of its termination or cancellation:
