About entering of amendments into the Law "About Features of the Administrative Production Performed on Cases on the Road Traffic Offences Found by Devices of Video Filming or Photographing"

Article 1. "About features of the administrative production performed on cases on the road traffic offenses found by devices of video filming or photographing" to add article 7.1 of the Law of December 26, 2008 with No. ZR-238:

1) part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. Function on delivery to the addressee of the administrative act provided by part 3 of this Article (and also the instruction sheet of procedure for execution of the administrative act and consequence in law of its non-execution) at check points through frontier is performed by bodies of homeland security.";

2) part 4.1 following of content:

"4.1. In the case provided by part 4 of this Article refusal in issue (prolongation of term) of the entrance visa at check points through frontier or prohibition on entry into the Republic of Armenia perform bodies of homeland security within the powers established by the Law "About Foreigners".".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
