About introduction of amendments to the Law "On Regulation and Public Control of Financial Accounting and Auditor Activities"

Article 1. In Item 1 of part 3 of article 7 of the Law of December 4, 2019 "On regulation and public control of financial accounting and auditor activities" (further – the Law) the words "not removed or not extinguished" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-284 "not extinguished or not cancelled".
Article 2. In Item 2 of part 1 and Item 3 of part 2 of article 20 of the Law of the word "not removed or not extinguished" shall be replaced with words "not extinguished or not cancelled".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in day of entry into force of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 2021.
