PRESIDENTIAL DECREE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 8, 2013 No. 163 "About some questions of state regulation of military and technical cooperation of the Republic of Belarus with foreign states and export control" the following changes:

in subitem 2.2 of Item 2:

shall be replaced with words the word "years" "No. 169-Z";

words" (2010, No. 184, 2/1721)" to exclude the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus;

exclude Item 2-1;

the fourth the list of special exporters of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Decree to exclude the paragraph.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
