About modification and amendments in the Law "About Probation"

Article 1. "About probation" (further – the Law) to state Item 5 of part 1 of article 3 of the Law of May 17, 2016 to No. ZR-48 in the following edition:
"5) the beneficiary of probation – person to whom the probation was applied;".
Article 2. In Item 14 parts of 1 Article 3, parts 6 of Article 12, part 3 of Article 28 and Item 11 of part 1 of article 39 of the Law the word of "requirements" to replace with the word of "needs".
Article 3. In item 4 of part 2 of article 4 of the Law of the word"," to exclude removals of criminal record.
Article 4. In article 12 of the Law:
The word "one" to replace 1) in parts 3 and 5 with the word "tri";
Part 4 after the word "protocol" to add 2) with the words "and no later than within three working days to provide to the body performing production";
3) in part 12 of the word "Polices of the Republic of Armenia under the Government of the Republic of Armenia (Further — Police of the Republic of Armenia)" shall be replaced with words "Polices of the Republic of Armenia".
Article 5. Regarding 1 article 13 of the Law to replace the word "one" with the word "tri".
Article 6. Add the law with Chapter 4.1 of the following content:
"Chapter 4.1. Ensuring application of measures of criminal law action concerning the legal entity
Article 15.1. Application of measures of criminal law action concerning the legal entity
1. Application of measures of criminal law action concerning the legal entity is provided by Service of probation.
2. The procedure and conditions of application of measures of criminal law action is established by the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Armenia and internal regulations of service of probation approved on its basis by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
