About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Local Self-government"

Article 1. No. ZR-337 "About local self-government" (further – the Law) after the words "head of community" and "acting as head of community" to add Item 2 of part 1 of article 19 of the Law of May 7, 2002 with words "(except for the Council of Elders created on pro rata electoral system)".

Article 2. In article 22 of the Law:

1) in heading the word "communities" shall be replaced with words "communities, chosen on majority electoral system";

2) regarding 1 word "communities" shall be replaced with words "communities, chosen on majority electoral system";

3) in part 3 the word "communities" shall be replaced with words "communities, chosen on majority electoral system".

Article 3. In article 23 of the Law:
