About measures for creation of additional conveniences to the population when using vehicles

In the country for the purpose of creation of additional conveniences to drivers of the vehicles, the operational problem resolution of the population connected with use of vehicles and also ensuring realization of wishes of citizens in this direction:

1. Take into consideration that within the open dialogue which is carried out with the general public from the population offers on decrease in the sizes of rates of payments for issue of permission to installation of toning on glasses of vehicles and review of terms of carrying out technical inspection of automotor-vehicles arrive.

2. Since July 1, 2022:

cancel procedure for receipt of permission to installation of toning (blackout) on rear side screens of passenger vehicles;

establish the amount of payment for issue of permission to installation of toning (blackout) on front side glasses of passenger vehicles of physical persons and legal entities in eightfold size of basic settlement size.

3. Establish procedure according to which since September 1, 2022:

a) technical inspection of the passenger automotor-vehicles belonging to physical persons from the date of which production passed up to ten years is carried out on voluntary basis;

b) the following terms of carrying out obligatory technical inspection of passenger automotor-vehicles are established:

passenger automotor-vehicles from the date of which production passed from eleven to fourteen years, - every two years;

passenger automotor-vehicles from the date of which production there passed fifteen and more years, - once a year.

At the same time the specified terms do not extend to the passenger automotor-vehicles used in activities for public conveyance on commercial basis.

4. Implement approval procedure on installation of toning (blackout) on glasses of vehicles along with the Single portal of interactive state services also by divisions of traffic safety of law-enforcement bodies.

To the Ministry of Internal Affairs (P. Bobozhonov) together with the interested ministries and departments till September 1, 2022 to implement procedure for automatic preserving effective period of the issued permission to installation of toning (blackout) to glasses of vehicles in case of change of the property right to the vehicle concerning which glasses permission to installation of toning (blackout), change of the state registration number board or change of data of the owner of the vehicle is issued.

5. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
