About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 1, 2022 No. 552

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 1, 2022 No. 552 "About approval of features of the address, including features of state registration, medical products in case of their items out of stock or risk of emergence of items out of stock in connection with introduction concerning the Russian Federation of rationing arrangements of economic nature" (The Russian Federation Code, 2022, No. 15, the Art. 2473).
2. Determine that:
a) registration certificates on the medical products issued according to the procedure, No. 552 established by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 1, 2022 "About approval of features of the address including features of state registration, medical products in case of their items out of stock or risk of emergence of items out of stock in connection with introduction concerning the Russian Federation of rationing arrangements of economic nature", about day of entry into force of this resolution which effective period is established till September 1, 2023 are valid till January 1, 2025 without replacement of the registration certificate by medical product;
b) To the Federal Service on supervision in the field of health care till October 1, 2022 to enter in the state register of medical products and the organizations (individual entrepreneurs) performing production and production of medical products, data on change of effective period of the registration certificates specified in the subitem "an" of this Item.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
