Article 1. In Item 3 of part 4 of article 28 of the Law of November 17, 2017 No. ZR-198 "About prosecutor's office" word "the prosecutor petitions for its review, and in cases when, according to the prosecutor, the delay can entail serious consequences, the prosecutor has the right to suspend this act and to provide the petition for its review to the body which adopted the act or represents the application for revision of the act to the relevant higher body or to the higher official of the body which adopted the act, and the Attorney-General or his deputy – also to the head of competent state body; "shall be replaced with words" the prosecutor petitions for its review, and in cases when, according to the prosecutor, the delay can entail serious consequences, the prosecutor has the right to suspend this act and to provide the petition for its review or cancellation to higher body of the organization or body which adopted the act, and in case with the commission on placement operating in the central body of Criminal and executive service – to the chief of Criminal and executive service, and in case of review of the act by the specified bodies or officials and its leaving without changes the Attorney-General or his deputy, having suspended the specified act, can provide the annulment petition of the act, respectively, to the Minister of Justice or defenses of the Republic of Armenia which finally resolves question;".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective since July 1, 2022.
