About entering of amendments into the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. After the words "violation fact" to add Item 3 of part 1 of article 182 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013 (further – the Code) with words ", or the international court confirmed the peace agreement (friendly settlement) reached between the parties or the unilateral statement made by the Republic of Armenia".
Article 2. To add article 190 of the Code with part 3 following of content:
"3. In the presence of the basis, stipulated in Item 3 parts of 1 Article 182 of this Code the court can not cancel the reviewed court resolution, only if proves that circumstances, stipulated in Item 2 parts of 1 Article 182 of this Code, in fact, could not affect the outcome of the case.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in day of entry into force of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of June 30, 2021.
