About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Forced Execution of Court Resolutions"

Article 1. No. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" (further – the Law) to add article 1 of the Law of May 5, 1998 with the eighth paragraph of the following content:
"This Law also establishes procedure and conditions of the execution made by the prosecutor of the decision on transformation of pledge into the income of the state according to the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia so far as regulations of this Law in essence (mutatis mutandis) are applicable concerning execution of these decisions.".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law:
Item 2 to state 1) in the following edition:
"2) sentences and the judgments on criminal cases in property attachment, judicial penalty, the ownership claim, compensation of the caused damage, the voluntary settlement, transformation of pledge into the income of the state, and also confiscation of property and property penalties (including in case of malicious evasion from payment of penalty);";
To add 2) with Item 13 of the following content:
"13) decision of the prosecutor on transformation of pledge into the income of the state.".
Article 3. The first paragraph of article 4 of the Law after the words "the statement for sending for forced execution according to the procedure, provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia " about regulating authority of public services "" to add with the words "statement for sending for forced execution of the decision of the prosecutor for transformation of pledge to the income of the state".
Article 4. In the second paragraph of article 7 of the Law:
The word "or" to replace 1) after the word "community" with punctuation mark ",";
To add 2) after the words "foreign state" with the words "or international organization";
