About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Customs Regulation"

Article 1. In Item 5 of part 1 of article 31 of the Law of December 17, 2014 "About customs regulation" (further – the Law) the words "it is not removed or is not extinguished" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-241 "it is not extinguished or not cancelled".
Article 2. In item 4 of part 3 of article 54 of the Law of the word "initiations of legal proceedings" shall be replaced with words "initiation of criminal prosecution".
Article 3. In Item 3 of part 12 of article 136 of the Law to exclude the word of "case".
Article 4. In Item 1 of part 1 of article 143 of the Law of the word to "criminal case" shall be replaced with words to "criminal prosecution".
Article 5. In article 253 of the Law of the word "on cases on crimes" shall be replaced with words "on productions about crimes".
Article 6. In article 254 of the Law of the word "brings criminal case" shall be replaced with words "initiates criminal proceedings", and the words "investigative actions" - the words "production actions".
Article 7. Regarding the 2nd article 256 of the Law of the word "criminal case" shall be replaced with words "criminal prosecution".
Article 8. Regarding 1 article 257 of the Law of the word "on cases on crimes" shall be replaced with words "on productions about crimes".
Article 9. This Law becomes effective in day of entry into force of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of June 30, 2021 and the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 2021.
