About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Payment and Settlement Systems and the Payment and Settlement Organizations"

Article 1. In the Item "g" of part 1 of article 20 of the Law of November 24, 2004 "About payment and settlement systems and the payment and settlement organizations" (further – the Law) the words "it is removed or extinguished" shall be replaced with words No. ZR-150 "is extinguished or cancelled".
Article 2. In the Item "d1" of part 1 of article 20.1 of the Law of the word "it is not removed or is not extinguished" shall be replaced with words "it is not extinguished or not cancelled".
Article 3. In the Item "and" of part 2 of article 22 of the Law of the word "it is not removed or is not extinguished" shall be replaced with words "it is not extinguished or not cancelled".
Article 4. In part 6 of article 23 of the Law of the word "it is not removed or is not extinguished" shall be replaced with words "it is not extinguished or not cancelled".
Article 5. This Law becomes effective in day of entry into force of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 2021.
