About modification of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. To state part 5 of Article 105 of the Land code of the Republic of Armenia of May 2, 2001 in the following edition:
"5. In the cases provided by the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia, the parcel of land is subject to confiscation – uncompensated taking by court.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective in day of entry into force of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia of May 5, 2021.
