About modification and amendments in the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. Regarding 3rd Article 61 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia of February 9, 2018 (further – the Code) to "case" to replace the word with the word to "production".
Article 2. In part 6 of article 153 of the Code of the word to "the prosecutor about initiation of legal proceedings" shall be replaced with words to "body of pretrial investigation about production initiation".
Article 3. In part 5 of article 234.3 of the Code of the word "initiation of legal proceedings" shall be replaced with words "initiation of criminal proceedings".
Article 4. Regarding the 2nd article 346 of the Code the word to "cases" will replace with the word to "production".
Article 5. To add Item 2 of part 1 of article 419 of the Code after the word "opportunity" with the words "or the international court confirmed the peace agreement (friendly negotiated settlement) achieved between the parties or the unilateral statement made by the Republic of Armenia".
Article 6. Regarding the 2nd article 427 of the Code of the word "it, in fact, could not affect the outcome of the case" shall be replaced with words "circumstances, stipulated in Item 2 parts 1 of article 219 of this Code, in fact, could not affect the outcome of the case".
Article 7. This Law becomes effective in day of entry into force of the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia of June 30, 2021.
