About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Anti-money Laundering and Terrorism Financing"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 3 of the Law on May 26, 2008 No. ZR-80 "About anti-money laundering and terrorism financing" (further – the Law):
Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1 of the word "part 4 of Article 103.1" "part 10 of Article 121";
The word "190" to replace 2) in Item 2 with the word "296";
The word "217.1" to replace 3) in Item 3 with the word "310";
"Article 386 and part 2 of Article 387" shall be replaced with words 4) in Item 3.1 of the word "Article 153", and the word of "acts" - the word "acts".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 10 of the Law:
"To the bodies performing criminal prosecution" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 3 of the word "to the bodies performing operational search activities and also public participants of production";
"The bodies performing criminal prosecution" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 5 of the word "the bodies performing operational search activities and also public participants of production".
Article 3. In article 12 of the Law:
"To the bodies performing criminal prosecution" shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 1 word "to the bodies performing operational search activities and also public participants of production";
To "criminal prosecution authorities" shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 2 words "to the bodies performing operational search activities and also public participants of production", and shall be replaced with words words of "criminal prosecution authorities" "the bodies performing operational search activities and also public participants of production".
