1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of management of means of the pension accruals created for benefit of the insured persons which did not use option of managing company, Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 28, 2017 No. 129 the following changes:

in Rules of management of means of the pension accruals created for benefit of the insured faces which did not use option of managing company, Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the specified resolution:

in the subitem 3 of figure "35", "20" to replace with figures "25", "15" respectively;

state subitem 3-1 in the following edition:

"3-1) term deposits in credit institutions in foreign currency, in the amount of no more than 5 percent of cost of pension accruals. At the same time means of pension accruals can be placed in deposits of one credit institution in foreign currency, in the amount of no more than 15 percent of pension accruals and in one foreign currency, in the amount of no more than 50 percent of cost of the pension accruals provided by this subitem;".
