About entering of amendment into the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil

Article 1. To add part 2 of article 17 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about subsoil of November 28, 2011 with Item 14.5 of the following content:
"14. 5) approval of application guides of provisions on environmental impact assessment:
and. "On creation of the request about provisional estimate of impact for the environment submitted for request of the rights to geological studying and production for the purpose of mining";
. "On creation of the report on the main environmental impact assessment submitted for request of the rights to geological studying and production for the purpose of mining";

. "On creation of the summary valuation report of impact on the environment submitted for request of the rights to geological studying and production for the purpose of mining";
. "On creation of the valuation report of social and economic impact submitted for request of the rights to geological studying and production for the purpose of mining";
e. "According to full value of the report on the main environmental impact assessment submitted for request of the rights to geological studying and production for the purpose of mining";".
1. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
2. Within three months after entry into force of this Law the authorized body of public administration in the field of the environment approves managements, the stipulated in Clause 1 this Law.
