According to Items 8, 32 - 37 Sections I of the Law of Ukraine of November 30, 2021 No. 1914-IX "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other legal acts of Ukraine concerning ensuring balance of budget receipts", to Item 16 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine of December 14, 2021 "About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine concerning stimulation of development of digital economy in Ukraine" and to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, ORDER to No. 1946-IX:
1. Bring in the Instruction for filling of the tax declaration about property condition and the income approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 02, 2015 No. 859, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 26, 2015 for No. 1298/27743 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of May 17, 2022 No. 143), the following changes:
in Item 1 of the Section I after the word "Ukraine" of the word and figure "of July 8, 2010" to exclude No. 2464;
in the paragraph the second the subitem 8 of Item 6 of the Section IV after figures "178" of figure "177" to exclude;
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:
submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
promulgation of this order.
3. This order becomes effective since January 1, 2023, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
