Bring in the Procedure for maintaining Single state electronic system in the field of construction approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 23, 2021 No. 681 "Some questions of ensuring functioning of Single state electronic system in the field of construction" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 55, the Art. 3401), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 1, 2022 No. 747, changes which are applied.

To add the subitem 2 of Item 34 after the words "at the local level" with words ", except case when town-planning conditions and restrictions are provided in the form of the conclusion of authorized body of town planning and architecture about opportunity/impossibility of placement on the parcel of land of production capacities of the companies moved (evacuated) of the combat zone or objects for temporary residence of internally displaced persons)".
2. To add the subitem 1 of Item 36 after the word "restrictions" with words "(except town-planning conditions and restrictions which are provided in the form of the conclusion of authorized body of town planning and architecture about opportunity/impossibility of placement on the parcel of land of production capacities of the companies moved (evacuated) of the combat zone or objects for temporary residence of internally displaced persons)".
