1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 20, 2012 No. 137 the following change:

The regulations on the Supervisory board on management of the national social insurance approved by the above-stated resolution:

"9-1. In the conditions of action of emergency mode and/or emergency state, restrictive actions (quarantine) or emergence of the force majeure circumstances interfering holding meeting of Council with direct participation of his members, decisions of Council is accepted by polling.

Reconciliation procedure of the decision of Council by poll is performed by the secretary of Council based on the written order of the chairman of the board or his deputy.

The secretary of Council sends the relevant documents for consideration of members of council within three working days after receipt of the corresponding order of the chairman of the board or his deputy.

Approval of the draft decision of Council is performed by electronic interaction, with use of the electronic version and (or) submission of the project on paper.

Approval of draft decisions of members of council shall not exceed seven working days.
