1. This Instruction about procedure for assignment to legal entities of the status of incubator of small business (further - the Instruction) determines procedure and criteria of reference of legal entities to incubators of small business (further - incubator).
2. Legal and economic basis of the organization and functioning of incubator are determined by the Regulations on incubators of small business in the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 4, 1997 No. 640 (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1997, No. 16, the Art. 607) (further - Regulations on incubators).
3. The legal entity irrespective of pattern of ownership having on the property right or other corporeal right specially equipped rooms under offices and floor spaces, who expressed readiness to work as incubator can become incubator and to perform the activities according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and this Instruction.
