The government of the Russian Federation decides:

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regarding prolongation of terms of carrying out experiments on marking of goods by means of identification.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regarding prolongation of terms of carrying out experiments on marking of goods by means of identification

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 17, 2021 No. 204 "About carrying out in the territory of the Russian Federation experiment on marking of beer, the drinks made on the basis of beer and separate types of low alcohol drinks means of identification" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 8, the Art. 1370):

a) in Item 1 of the word "till August 31, 2022." shall be replaced with words "till February 28, 2023";

b) in the subitem "v" of Item 6 of the word "and till April 29, 2022." shall be replaced with words ", till April 29, 2022 and till November 30, 2022".

2. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 29, 2021 No. 673 "About carrying out in the territory of the Russian Federation experiment on marking by means of identification of dietary supplements to food" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 19, the Art. 3225):

a) in Item 1 of the word "till August 31, 2022." shall be replaced with words "till February 28, 2023";

b) the paragraph the seventh Item 6 of the word "till August 1, 2022." shall be replaced with words "till November 30, 2022".
