About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of technical regulation in the Kyrgyz Republic"

Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About bases of technical regulation in the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 9, the Art. 407) the following changes:
The name of the Law to state 1) in the following edition: "About technical regulation in the Kyrgyz Republic";
2) in all text of the Law the word "Government" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "Cabinet of Ministers" in the corresponding cases;
3) in preamble part two:
a) part after the words "medical products" to add with words ", veterinary medicines";
b) words "to veterinary medicines," to exclude;
4) in Article 1:
a) to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:
"the state control (supervision) of observance of requirements of technical regulations - the activities of authorized bodies performed by means of conducting checks of the legal entities and physical persons registered as individual entrepreneurs behind observance by them of requirements of technical regulations to products;";
b) the sixteenth or eighteenth to state paragraphs in the following edition:
"confirmation of conformity - the procedures confirming the documentary certificate of compliance of products and design processes (including researches), productions, constructions, installation, adjustment, operation, storage, transportation, realization and utilization to requirements of technical regulations, provisions of standards, sets of rules or conditions of agreements;";
c) the thirty first to state the paragraph in the following edition:
