About modification of the Land code No. 828/1991
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. - In the Land code No. 828/1991 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 107, of the Art. 817), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In Item c) to exclude parts two of Article 36 of the word "less than 40 have estimative point of natural fertility or".
2. Third parts one of Article 71 to add the subparagraph with the words "or the owner of the earth from the notarized consent of the owner.
3. The second Article 83 to add part with the words "and under mining within mountain branch, the lands except for irrigated, pilot sites, lands of research institutions and educational institutions ".
Art. II. - To the government in three-months time from the date of publication of this law in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to bring the regulations into accord with it.
