About modification of the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 30, of 49, of 66, 67 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of ensuring stable activities of banks and timely accomplishment of obligations to investors and other creditors by them the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes), the following changes:

in the Section III:

to add Item 1.2 of Chapter 1 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Change of currency / bank metal during operation of the agreement (agreement) is not allowed.";

to add Item 3 of Chapter 7 with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Change of currency / bank metal during validity is not allowed.";

in Item 7 of Chapter 1 of the Section VI:

in the first offer of the word "the authorized officer of National Bank to use securities" shall be replaced with words "Committee on questions of supervision, to use shares";

in the second offer of the word of "savings certificates" shall be replaced with words "other securities".
