Repeal the order of the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic of 30.06.2006 No. 131-P "About approval of the Procedure for execution by treasury of executive documents" according to the order of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic of 11.08.2006 No. 164 "About refusal in state registration of the order of 30.06.2006 No. 131-P" the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve the enclosed Instruction "About procedure for execution by treasury of executive documents".
3. To legal department of the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to register this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. Enact this order from the moment of state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and the subsequent official publication.
5. To the press service of the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to publish this order after its state registration in mass media and to inform the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on publication source.
