About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About power"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About power" of November 29, 2000 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2000, No. 11, Art. 504; 2005, No. 12, Art. 633; 2007, No. 6, Art. 436, No. 7, Art. 672; 2009, No. 9-10, of Art. 549; 2011, No. 6, Art. 440; 2013, No. 7, Art. 526; No. 12, Art. 898) following changes and amendments:

1. Add Article 2 with the paragraph the eleventh the following content:

2. Add with Article 5 (1) the following content:
