Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Economics and Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan of April 2, 2008 No. 48 and 30 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for realization of fuel oil at the exchange biddings" (рег. No. 1795 of April 17, 2008) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2008, No. 16, the Art. 127).
2. This resolution is approved with the Central bank, the Antimonopoly Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Department of Energy, JSC Uzbekneftegaz and JSC Uzbek Republican Commodity and Raw Exchange.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
