About modification of the Law "About the State Fee"

Article 1. "About the state fee" to state article 28.2 of the Law of December 27, 1997 to No. ZR-186 in the following edition:
"Article 28.2. Privileges on the state fee for implementation by customs authorities in the case of customs functions, customs escort, temporary storage of goods established by the law, and also provision of provisional solutions
1. From the state fee, the stipulated in Clause 19.9 presents of the Law, are exempted:
1) the goods imported on the territory of the Republic of Armenia within the humanitarian assistance and charitable programs. If it is directly not specified by the legislation (including international treaties), the program for its nature is differentiated by the advisory commission on coordination of charitable programs created by the Prime Minister;
2) the vehicles performing regular international carriages when implementing these transportations;
3) the goods of private use transported by physical persons through frontier of the Republic of Armenia without payment of customs duties and taxes or with exemption of customs duties and taxes;
4) the automobile vehicles staying on the registry in state members of EEU, transported through border of the Republic of Armenia by the physical persons who are not individual entrepreneurs;
5) the cultural values registered or which are subject to registration in the Republic of Armenia, drawn up on customs procedures "Temporary export" or "Temporary import" for the purpose of demonstration, and also the "Reimport" and "Re-export" after the expiration of their term renewed, respectively, on customs procedures;
6) the goods transported through border of the Republic of Armenia from one supplier to one receiver according to one customs paper (except for exported including to the EEU member country) which total customs value does not exceed the amount equivalent of 200 euros;
