About modification of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of employees of the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 30, 2022 No. 182
For the purpose of increase in motivation and compensation of health care providers of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of employees of the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 30, 2022 No. 182 the following change:
in the Regulations on compensation of employees of the organizations of health care of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in Item 31 of figure "40" to replace with figures "60".
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;
- take the adequate measures following from this resolution.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on management of control of execution of decisions of the President and the Presidential Administration Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
