About change of the Order of the chief of the Main state tax authorities No. 379/2017 on approval of the forms necessary for application of measures for ensuring repayment of the tax liability

1. The order of the chief of the Main state tax authorities No. 379 of March 15, 2017 about approval of the forms necessary for application of measures for ensuring repayment of the tax liability (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2017, No. 85-91 Art. 622), to change as follows:

The subitem 1) of Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1) the Decision on ensuring repayment of the tax liability according to the subitem 1) Item 2 (appendix No. 1 to this order);";

1) of Item 1 to add 2) after the subitem with subitems 1-1), 1-2), 1-3) and 1-4) of the following content:
