Article 1

Part 3 of Article 51 to state 1) in the following edition:

"3. One of parents, other family member or other legal representative is granted the right to free joint stay with the child in the medical organization when rendering medical care to it in stationary conditions irrespective of age of the child during the entire period of treatment. The payment for creation of conditions of stay in stationary conditions, including for provision of berth and food, is not levied from specified persons in case of joint stay in the medical organization:

1) with the handicapped child who according to the individual program of rehabilitation or abilitation of the handicapped child issued by results of conducting medico-social examination has restrictions of the main categories of life activity of the person of the second and (or) third degrees of expressiveness (restriction of capability to self-service, and (or) independent movement, and (or) orientation, and (or) communication, and (or) training, and (or) control of the behavior), - irrespective of age of the handicapped child;

2) with the child before achievement of age by him four years;

3) with the child is aged more senior than four years - in the presence of medical indications.";
