About modification and amendments in the Law "About Games with Prize, Internet Games with Prize and Gaming Houses"

Article 1. The Item of part 2 of article 6 of the Law of December 13, 2003 No. ZR-1 "About games with prize, Internet games with prize and gaming houses" (further – the Law) to state in the following edition:

"g) provides exchange of counters in the gambling hall only with non-cash method. Rates directly (by means of the gambling hall) players, the nonresident players except for identified, or replenishment of money on the individual game cards issued to players by organizers is performed by non-cash method;".

Article 2. To state the Items "e1" and "e3" of part 2.1 of article 6 of the Law in the following edition:

"e 1) the prize lists (pays) by non-cash method in Armenian drams;

е the prize cannot list 2) (to pay) into accounts from which the provided cashless payments for participation were not made. And also acceptance of the provided payments for participation and issue of prizes by cash in case of direct (by means of the gambling hall) is forbidden to the organization of Internet games with prize;".

Article 3. To add article 6 of the Law with part 2.2 following of content:

"2.2. The non-cash transactions established by the law shall be performed only through bank accounts or cards.".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication, except for Article 3, which becomes effective in six months after official publication.
