About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law "About State Registration of the Rights to Property"

Article 1. In article 36 of the Law of April 14, 1999 No. ZR-295 "About state registration of the rights to property":
Part 3 before words of "registration of the building" to add 1) with words "apartment or subdivided";
2) regarding 3 words "apartments and non-residential premises" shall be replaced with words "the allocated units (apartments, non-residential premises)";
3) part 4 before words of "the right to purchase of the real estate" to add with the word "under construction".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the twentieth day after its official publication.
