For the purpose of ensuring coordination of activities of subjects of primary financial monitoring concerning the organization of financial monitoring in the field of prevention and counteraction of introduction in the legal circulation of income gained in the criminal way and financing of terrorism, realization of provisions of articles 5 and 13 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention and counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way" I ORDER:
1. Approve Requirements to the organization of financial monitoring by subjects of primary financial monitoring in the field of prevention and counteraction of introduction in the legal circulation of income gained in the criminal way and terrorism financings which are applied.
2. (Nesen S. O.) together with legal and legal department of Management of international cooperation and normative and legal work (Sachenko I. P.) to provide to management of interaction with subjects of financial monitoring state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of this order.
3. To provide to department of personnel work, financing and cases (Poplevichev N. G.) after state registration publication of this order according to the procedure, determined by the legislation.
