About modification of the Regulations on application of corrective actions by the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, of 55, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to Articles 66, of 67, of 73, 74 Laws of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of settlement of single questions about application of corrective actions by the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Item 5.3 of Chapter 5 of the Section II of the Provisions on application of corrective actions by the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 17, 2012 No. 346, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 17, 2012 for No. 1590/21902 (with changes) to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The National Bank has the right to make reasoned decision on modification of the decision of National Bank on restriction, suspension of implementation of separate types of the transactions performed by bank in case of changes in the legislation of Ukraine which influence possibility of observance by bank of the restrictions set by National Bank.".

2. To department of methodology of regulation of activities of banks (Natalya Ivanenko) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of, its official publication following behind day.
