1. in appendix of 4 Rules of rendering the state service "Issue of the Conclusion by results of Environmental Impact Assessment":
be reworded as follows Item 2:
"2. The state service appears Committee of ecological regulation and control of the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – Committee) and its territorial subdivisions (further – the service provider).
Distribution of functions and powers between authorized body in the field of environmental protection and territorial subdivisions is performed according to the order of the Minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 13, 2021 No. 370 (No. 24385) "About approval of Distribution of functions and powers between authorized body in the field of environmental protection and territorial subdivisions" is registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 16, 2021;
be reworded as follows item 4:
"4. The state service is rendered by means of the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz (further – the portal).".
be reworded as follows Item 5:
"5. For receipt of the state service the uslugopoluchatel directs to the service provider by means of the portal the application in form, according to appendices 1 and 2 to these rules, with application of documents, specified in Item 8 of the Standard of the state service.
