The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 18, 2016 No. 85 "About determination of the licensor on implementation of licensing of activities for production (formulyation) of pesticides (agricultural chemicals), realization of pesticides (agricultural chemicals), use of pesticides (agricultural chemicals) aerosol and fumigatsionny by methods" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2016, No. 14, the Art. 60) the following changes:
state heading in the following edition:
"About determination of the licensor on implementation of licensing of activities for production (formulyation) of pesticides, realization of pesticides, use of pesticides aerosol and fumigatsionny by methods";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Determine:
1) local executive bodies of areas (the cities of republican value, the capital) the licensor on implementation of licensing of activities for production (formulyation) of pesticides, realization of pesticides, use of pesticides aerosol and fumigatsionny by methods;
2) territorial subdivisions of state body in the field of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population the authorized body performing approval of licensing for implementation of activities for production (formulyation) of pesticides, to realization of pesticides, use of pesticides aerosol and fumigatsionny by methods, regarding the applicant's compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
