Make changes to Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 16, 2022 No. 126 "Some questions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2022, No. 18, of the Art. 976), having stated it in the following edition:
"1. Determine that subjects of managing which obtained the license for implementation of economic activity on medical practice before entry into force of this resolution shall no later than till December 31, 2022 to bring the activities into accord with the Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on medical practice approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2016 No. 285 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2016, No. 30, of the Art. 1184), taking into account the changes made by Item 2 of this resolution.".
