About modification of the Regulations on licensing of field service of arms and military equipment

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on licensing of field service of arms and military equipment approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 30, 2021 No. 2118 "About licensing of field service of arms and military equipment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2021, No. 49, the Art. 8304).

1. In Item 1 of the word "according to appendix" shall be replaced with words "according to appendix No. 1".
2. State Item 5 in the following edition:
"5. Licensing of field service of arms and military equipment performs the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation (further - the licensing body).".
3. In the subitem "k" of Item 6 of the word "provided by the license" shall be replaced with words "the licenses provided by the register".
4. In Item 7 of the word "part 11 of Article 19" shall be replaced with words "part 10 of Article 19.2".
5. In the subitem "an" of Item 9 of the word "with appendix" shall be replaced with words "with appendix No. 1".
