About introduction of amendments to the Law on private detective and security activities No. 283/2003

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Single Article. - In the Law on private detective and security activities No. 283/2003 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 200-203, 769), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 3 in the concept "alarm system" of the word of "controllers of access and the closed system of video surveillance" shall be replaced with words "controllers of access and the closed television system, system of video surveillance -".

2. Add appendix 4 with Item 3-1 of the following content:

"3-1. The public organizations created by Parliament".
