Bring in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 1, of the Art. 3) change, having added with its Article 328.1 of the following content:
"Article 328.1. Restrictions for occupation with the labor activity which is directly connected with management of automobile taxi, buses, trams, trolleybuses and railway vehicles of extra street transport when implementing transportations of passengers and baggage
The persons having not removed or unspent conviction for making of the following crimes or which are exposed to criminal prosecution for the following crimes are not allowed to the labor activity which is directly connected with management of automobile taxi when implementing transportations of passengers and baggage:
1) murder, intentional causing severe harm to health, kidnapping, robbery, robbery, crimes against sexual integrity and sexual freedom, and also crime against public safety, against bases of the constitutional system and safety of the state, against the world and safety of mankind, belonging according to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to crimes of average weight, heavy and especially serious crimes;
2) crimes, stipulated by the legislation other state member of the Eurasian Economic Union, corresponding to the crimes specified in Item 1 of this part.
The persons having not removed or unspent conviction for making of the following crimes or which are exposed to criminal prosecution for the following crimes are not allowed to the labor activity which is directly connected with control of buses, trams, trolleybuses and railway vehicles of extra street transport when implementing transportations of passengers and baggage:
1) crimes against public safety, against bases of the constitutional system and safety of the state, against the world and safety of mankind, belonging according to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation to heavy and especially serious crimes;
