The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 4, 2013 No. 684 "About approval of samples of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the identity certificate of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the residence permit of the foreigner in the Republic of Kazakhstan, certificates of the stateless person, the certificate of the refugee, the travel document and requirements to their protection" the following changes:
in the sample of the certificate of the refugee approved by the specified resolution:
4, of 5, of 6, 7 and 8 to state Items in the following edition:
"4. Cover of the certificate of the refugee of blue color.
On outer side of front cover of the certificate of the refugee are placed:
in the upper part – text in the Kazakh and English languages:
"KAZAKSTAN RESPUBLIKASY
REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN";
in the center – the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
in the lower part – text in the Kazakh and English languages:
"BOSKYN KUALIGI
REFUGEE CERTIFICATE".
