About modification of Requirements to the authorized electronic system

According to Item "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets" the National commission on securities and the stock market solved 13 parts one of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the Requirements to the authorized electronic system approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of December 30, 2021 No. 1310 "About approval of Requirements to the authorized electronic system" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 24, 2022 for No. 77/37413, the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

Item 1 in paragraph one after the word "Requirements" to exclude the words "to the authorized electronic system";

in the paragraph the second Item 3 to exclude sign and the words "and solutions of NKTsBFR of rather corresponding PTK TsD regarding requirements for creation of complex system of information security in PTK TsD with the confirmed compliance in the procedure established by the legislation of Ukraine";

To add 2) in the subitem 4 of Item 1 of the Section II after the word "PTK" with the word "TsD";

3) in subitems 2, 3 items 4 of the Section III to exclude signs and words" (politicians, rules, procedures, other documents)";

4) to add Item 6 of the Section III with dividing sign "." at the end of the offer.

2. To department of information technologies (Stutterer A.) provide:

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.
