About entering of amendment into the Law "About Purchases"

Article 1. No. ZR-21 "About purchases" to add part 4 of article 3 of the Law of December 16, 2016 with Item 5 of the following content:
"5) transactions on rendering auditor services for the purpose of implementation of statutory audit of annual accounts of the batches provided by the Constitutional law of the Republic of Armenia "About batches" and the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the Commission on prevention of corruption".".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
