About change of resolutions of Council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus

Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus:
in Regulations on Council for interaction of local government bodies under the Council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Resolution of Council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2007 No. 390-CP3/VII:
in Item 2 of the word "the laws of the Republic of Belarus" to replace with the word "laws";
to exclude from the paragraph of the third item 4 of the word "Republic of Belarus";
to state part one of Item 10 in the following edition:
"10. The responsible secretary of Council for position is the head of department on ensuring activities of the Permanent commission on regional policy and local self-government of the Secretariat of Council of the Republic.";
in the Regulations of Council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus accepted by the Resolution of Council of the Republic of National assembly of the Republic of Belarus of December 19, 2008 No. 57-CP4/I:
in Article 35:
the fourth to state the paragraph in the following edition:
"determines date and time of the regular meeting of Council of the Republic, and if necessary - the place of its carrying out;";
the fifth to add the paragraph with words ", including with holding meetings of Council of the Republic with use of information and communication technologies (system of video conferencing, etc.)";
state Article 97 in the following edition:
"Article 97. During session meetings of Council of the Republic are held.
Meetings of Council of the Republic are held in the city of Minsk. If necessary according to the decision of Presidium of Council of the Republic holding meetings of Council of the Republic in other place is possible.
