Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning enhancement of long-term budgetary planning

In the Rules of development and approval of the budgetary forecast of the Russian Federation for the long-term period approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 31, 2015 No. 914 "About the budgetary forecast of the Russian Federation for the long-term period" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 37, Art. 5138; 2019, No. 21, Art. 2575):

a) state item 4 in the following edition:

"4. The budgetary forecast, and also the additional and proving materials to it are developed according to these rules and contain:

a) main results of development and current status of budget system of the Russian Federation;

b) the forecast of the main characteristics and other indicators of budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation for the long-term period (taking into account the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation operating on the date of official publication of the Federal Law on the federal budget for the next financial year and planning period);

c) risks and threats of imbalance of budgets of budget system of the Russian Federation, including taking into account different versions of the forecast of social and economic development of the Russian Federation for the long-term period and other indicators of social and economic development of the Russian Federation;

d) the main approaches to forming of budget and debt policy for the long-term period;
